Luis Martinez
Co-Founder & Managing Director
As an Economics and Applied Mathematics ITAM Graduate with over 6 years of experience in financial consulting and IT, I have developed a unique skill set that combines expertise in finance, economics, and technology. With a Master's degree in Finance from ITAM and senior researcher at the ITAM Economic Research Center, I specialize in researching financial development, applied microeconometrics, credit markets, savings and investments around the world, and the impact of technology on economic development. My skills extend beyond research, as I am accredited in several programming languages and highly specialized in the application of Machine Learning for the development of financial models and automated valuations. I have successfully applied this knowledge in various projects, including the development of predictive models for credit risk assessment and automated valuation systems for real estate companies.
Carlos Castañeda
Co-Founder & Managing Director
As a highly specialized ITAM graduate with extensive experience in the technology sector, I have held various leadership positions in the financial industry, including Director of Capital Markets Operations, Investment Societies, Stock Analysis, and Investment Banking. During my tenure, the areas under my management were pioneering in innovation and operations within the Mexican Stock Exchange. Notably, I played a pivotal role in launching products such as the Cuenta Maestra Banamex and Derivatives Market in the Mexican market. In the following decade, I honed my skills in project management and innovation by working with large-scale technology companies such as PEMEX and the IMSS as Director of Innovation and Development. Recently, I have combined my expertise in both financial and technological areas, leading successful projects in both fields.
